PALO ALTO, Calif., Aug. 30, 2007 – HP today announced that it has been awarded a seven-year, global services contract by Heineken, one of the world’s leading international brewers, headquartered in the Netherlands.
The contract covers industry-standard end-user workplace solutions – including help desk and desk-side support, desktop lifecycle services and mobility services – as well as print management, infrastructure management and LAN operations.
Expanding on its long-term relationship as a hardware supplier for Heineken, HP will act as the single point of contact for a majority of the company’s global end-user workplace environment needs. HP’s ability to implement and service the agreement worldwide, in addition to being a flexible, collaborative and innovative partner, was critical in winning the new business.
